Orton’s followers and admirers call him “The Viper” because of how he slithered around and stalked his victims like a snake. This gradually led to “The Viper” becoming a nickname for Orton. Orton was known for his snake-like behavior.

In May, Orton suffered a “serious” back injury, and he hasn’t appeared on WWE TV since.

According to all sources, Orton’s injury is not minor; the most recent report even mentioned concerns that he might never be able to wrestle again.

As it is evident from the Twitter responses below, Orton has been sidelined since May due to a “serious” back injury, and there are concerns from his fans that he won’t wrestle again until at least 2023.
