Jalen Hurts returns for better, Eagles get victory over the Giants

Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts was susceptible to being the target of the New York Giants in the divisional round. He was going through a shoulder injury. His comeback was extraordinary. Without him, the Eagles looked incomplete. But on Saturday, Hurts came back better than ever.

When asked how he felt about his recovery from the shoulder injury, Hurts replied that he felt “good enough”.

Jalen’s good enough is something, as he threw two touchdowns and rushed for another in the divisional round which led toward the 38-7 win of the Eagles over the Giants.

Hurts is the best quarterback

He completed 16 of 24 passes for 2 TDS and ran 9 times for 34 yards and a TD. He was unstoppable for the night as he accounted for the Eagles’ victory over the Giants. They were able to take a 28-0 lead in the first half as they ran for 268 yards.

Even the Eagles coach Sirianni praised him and said, “To have him out there is like — I shouldn’t even go there — but it’s like having Michael Jordan out there. He’s your leader. He’s your guy. This guy leads, he brings this calmness to the entire team, he plays great football, and he’s as confident as they come.

To me, there ain’t nobody that’s played any better football than him”

Injuries will come and go but Jalen knows how to be the best as he sustained his shoulder injury. He was not completely healed but he gave the divisional round a good shot.

To this great victory, Miles Sanders said, “He seemed like the old Jalen to me. I’m not going to lie.”

The Eagles will now face the San Francisco 49ers or Dalla Cowboys in the upcoming NFC championship.
