In Colorado, Deion Sanders, the head coach of the Buffaloes, is already planning for the future. Recently, the Buffaloes scored a big win by getting a commitment from a highly-rated quarterback recruit, who seems set to replace the current quarterback, Shedeur Sanders, when he heads to the NFL.

Antwann Hill Jr., a four-star quarterback from Warner Robbins, Georgia, has committed to Colorado, as reported by On3. He had offers from Penn State, Florida, and Alabama but chose Colorado for a few significant reasons.

Hill explained his decision, saying, “What led me there is, first, their communication. They always communicated with me since the time 12:00 am hit that morning on Aug 1st. To sum it up I can tell they really care about me and want me to take over the program when Shedeur leaves.”

Hill also praised the Colorado coaching staff and urged other recruits to consider the Buffaloes due to the exceptional regard the program holds for its players. He said, “So for other recruits out there, y’all need to go ahead and come to Colorado and get that real love from a coach that’s walked it and talked it from the college level to the NFL.”

Hill’s commitment is a significant addition to the Buffaloes’ 2025 recruiting class, which also includes another four-star recruit, wide receiver Winston Watkins Jr. These additions strengthen the Colorado Buffaloes as a prominent choice for emerging talent, promising an exciting future in college football.
