ESPN’s Plans Revealed for the 2023 Bahamas Bowl

Bahamas Bowl is one of the most famous games song all the fans since it started in 2014 has always taken place at Thomas Robinson Stadium in Nassau, Bahamas. However, due to ongoing renovations at the stadium, the game will have to find a new venue this year.

ESPN made an announcement on Thursday stating that the 2023 Bahamas Bowl will be relocated to an alternative location due to the ongoing renovations at the stadium. Details about the new venue will be shared soon, and ESPN aims to bring the bowl game back to the Bahamas next year.

“The 2023 Bahamas Bowl will be played at an alternate venue due to ongoing renovations at the Thomas A. Robinson National Stadium in Nassau. Specific bowl plans will be announced in the coming weeks, and we look forward to the bowl returning to the Bahamas next year,” wrote ESPN Events Vice President Clint Overby.

The Bahamas Bowl, which began in 2014, has partnerships with Conference USA and the Mid-American Conference.

Thomas Robinson Stadium, the largest stadium in the Bahamas, is mainly used for soccer games. It’s named after Bahamian track icon Tom Robinson and serves as the official stadium for the Bahamas national football team, IM Bears FC, and the College of the Bahamas.
