Paul Heyman of the WWE  was booed and heckled by Philadelphians after he prioritized the 49ers over the Eagles.

He received the same kind of response he was hoping for.

Monday Night RAW celebrated its 30th anniversary with RAW is XXX on Monday. The event was held in Philadelphia, a city Heyman is well-acquainted with from his time as owner of the Philadelphia-based ECW. Heyman was in the ring with his stable, The Bloodline. Roman Reigns, the undisputed WWE Universal Champion, leads the Bloodline. Reigns also support the San Francisco 49ers.

Heyman hyped the championship bout between Reigns and Kevin Owens at the Royal Rumble on Saturday. While the NFC Championship Game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the San Francisco 49ers will probably take place in less than a week. That allowed Heyman to draw attention. He didn’t miss the chance to do so.

Referring to the upcoming Eagles-49ers NFC Championship match, Heyman claimed that 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy would “conquer” the Eagles, which naturally attracted raucous loud boos from the audience. Oh No, He Didnt!

The move came naturally to Heyman, being Brock Lesnar’s “advocate” in WWE for years.
