WWE Hall of Fame New Inductee

WWE officially announced Late Andrew Geoffrey Kaufman (aka, Andy Kaufman) as the 3rd and latest inductee into the Hall of Fame Class of 2023 last night during Monday Night Raw. Andy Kaufman was a privileged comedian and entertainer, but he describes himself as the ‘Song and Dance Man’. Andy Kaufman was born on January 17, 1949, in New York, USA.

Andy married Lynne Margulies in 1982. Andy had a daughter before his marriage (named, Maria Bellu-Colonna). His daughter was born in 1969. She is the only child of the Late Andy Kaufman. He was suffering from a rare form of Lung Cancer. Due to this, he died two years after his marriage in 1984. Lynne said in an interview that she was there at the last time of his beloved husband. In 2010, she married Lon Osgood. She is an actor and author of the book ‘Andy Kaufman: The Truth, finally.

After working in small comedy clubs in the early 1970s, Andy came to popularity with a wider audience in 1975, when he was invited to perform portions of his act on the first season of Saturday Night Live.
