Stephen A. Smith’s Controversial Comments About Molly Qerim on “First Take” Raise Eyebrows

This week, Stephen A. Smith of ESPN’s “First Take” found himself in hot water due to some remarks that made Molly Qerim feel uneasy.

The incident kicked off when Smith playfully mentioned, “Molly, your cell phone is ringing.” She quickly replied, “It’s not ringing.”

Rather than moving on, Smith decided to keep the conversation going, this time focusing on Molly’s vibrating phone. He said, “Vibrating. I tried to say ring. Do you want me to say vibrating on the air? You always like me to mention vibrating on the air when it’s your phone.”

Smith added, “You really want me to do that? You want me to say vibrating with your phone? Just go with the ring, Molly. I’m trying to avoid the vibrating.”

As the conversation took an unexpected turn, Dan Orlovsky, one of the show’s contributors, couldn’t help but hide his face in embarrassment.

Molly wasn’t pleased with Stephen A. Smith’s behavior, and she commented, “This isn’t the Stephen A. Smith Show on YouTube.”

This incident raised some eyebrows, and viewers had mixed reactions.

Tune in to the next episode of ESPN’s “First Take” on Monday morning to see how the situation unfolds.
