Nick Patti puts an end to his football career

Nick Patti calls it a career after Pitts
Pitt Panthers Quarterback who led them to a Sun Bowl victory has called his time.
Prior to Pitt Panther’s win in the Sun Bowl against UCLA No. 18, Patti confirmed that he would not represent the blue and gold anymore. However, he kept the door for another season at school.
Patti’s Announcement
Despite that, Patti has now come out to reveal his new update. The quarterback took to Instagram to announce that 2022 was his final season as a footballer. He would now be graduating and joining the workforce in the spring.
Despite not featuring for most of the season, Patti has been hailed for his heroics in the Sun Bowl. He had a touchdown while throwing 225 yards. Later on, he led the run which set up the game-winning goal from Ben Sauls which covered 47 yards.
Patti hung his boots while covering 783 yards along with five touchdowns. He just had one interception to his name but puts a cherry on top with a 55.5% completion percentage.
The Panthers have successfully bolstered their quarterback department by signing Phil Jurkovec and Chistain Veilleux, a freshman.
