Maria Sharapova and Lewis Hamilton share warm embrace at F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
At the 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Maria Sharapova and Lewis Hamilton, the star of Formula One, exchanged a heartfelt hug.
This year, Sharapova has indulged her passion for motorsports by visiting several Formula One races. At the Monaco Grand Prix, she also got to give Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing the Pirelli Pole Position trophy.
On Sunday, November 26, the five-time Grand Slam champion had the opportunity to catch up with Ons Jabeur at the season’s last Grand Prix. Star-studded attendance at the race included actress Priyanka Chopra and supermodel Naomi Campbell mingling with Maria Sharapova.
Lewis Hamilton took the opportunity to mingle with some of the celebs before the race, giving Sharapova a warm embrace after hugging Campbell.

The 2023 World Champion, Max Verstappen, won his season’s 19th race in Abu Dhabi, setting a new record. Charles Leclerc of Ferrari finished in second position, while George Russell of Mercedes came in third.
In contrast, Hamilton came in ninth position and ended the season in third place in the World Drivers’ Championship rankings.
