Now, you have to go to the Sattiq Cave Complex (you have to go through the river way). While you are on riverway, keep searching for a inlet that has five or six small buildings on it.

Once found, now head to the cave entrance instead of building entrance, then head to the far back left and you will eventually stumble across a blue shack with powerlines connected.
