Part 2: Unlocked on Wednesday and Saturday

Part 3: Unlocked on Tuesday and Friday

To start the quest, players must talk to a guard at the entrance of Liyue Harbor. The guard will give players a painting and ask them to find the artist Viktor.

To find Viktor, players must talk to various NPCs around Liyue Harbor, who will provide them with clues about his whereabouts. The clues are different for each part of the quest and can be found by talking to different NPCs.
