The globally favorite and famous game Garena Free Fire has become the most downloaded game in January 2022. There has been a list generated by Sensor Tower that contains the top 10 applications of mobile games. 

The list of the top 10 games as of January 2022 is as follows:

  5. Race Master 3D by Say Games

Free Fire has Become the Most Downloaded Game in January 2022:

The game has become the topmost download game again, the game was the most downloaded one back in January 2021 too. The game has completed its journey to the top rank by 24 million installs. Among the top download countries, India has around 25.5% of total downloads, whereas Brazil is standing at 11.7%.

Since the game has been banned in India the downloads will be affected in the next month. Also, the enhanced version of the game Free Fire Max has not been banned yet and can be found on Google Play Store. Free Fire: Most Downloaded Mobile Game in January 2022.

Another interesting game Subway Surfers has become the 2nd most downloaded game in January 2022 with 23.7 million installs. India has the most downloads with 20.7% and the United States is on 2nd with 7% downloads.

A new game has made its comeback in the Top-10 list of most downloaded games in January 2022 and that is PUBG Mobile by Tencent. The game has obtained 7th place while 3rd on the Apple App Store. 

The game was banned earlier in September 2020 in India after which a new game made a comeback from Krafton now known as BGMI Mobile. India was the top market for worldwide game downloads, with 761.8 million (14.6%) of by and large downloads. Free Fire: Most Downloaded Mobile Game in January 2022.

The United States came in second with 8.7% of downloads while Brazil was third with 8.2%. While worldwide the percentage of total game downloads was actually 5.2 billion from Google Play and the Apple App Store– 2.8%.
