Dates, host locations, and other details for TwitchCon 2023

Twitch just announced that its annual event, TwitchCon, will henceforth be hosted in Paris and Las Vegas rather than San Diego and Amsterdam. This year’s conference promises to be a spectacular weekend for North American and European fans, with live performances, esports tournaments, streamer meet & greets, and other surprises. The event seeks to celebrate and engage with streamers and their communities personally. 

TwitchCon 2023 United states:

Twitch announced on Twitter that this year’s TwitchCon will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Twitch’s annual conference will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center on October 20-22, 2023, following stops in San Francisco, Long Beach, and San Diego.

TwitchCon 2023 Europe:

TwitchCon will visit the city of lights, Paris while waving farewell to Amsterdam, which has hosted past reiterations of the event in Europe. TwitchCon Paris is scheduled for July 8-9, 2023 at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Fans’ Reaction To This Announcement: 

Twitch’s announcement tweet received a lot of fast responses from well-known broadcasters and fans, many of whom voiced their disapproval. Twitch recently outlawed gambling on the platform, but they are now holding their flagship event in Las Vegas, a place known for gambling, which has sparked controversy among the community.
