College Bowling Coach Said "There's No Law Broken" Having An Affair With Student-Athlete

Assistant Bowling Coach Steve Lemke submit his resignation later from Stephen F. Austin’s bowling team after the university found out about the coach having an affair with a college student.

Steve shows zero sign of embarrassment and said, “There’s No Law Broken”. Steve’s wife Amber is the head coach of the university Bowling team. In fact, he is asking for justice for his actions.

Lemke said, “I knew it was kind of a no-no but there’s not a rule saying it can’t happen, There’s not a law saying I’m going to go to jail for doing something like this. There’s nothing in stone. I guess it’s just an ethics code like we frown upon it, but there’s no rule, there’s no law broken.”

Rob Duster found this one of the craziest stories where the wife is being the head coach and the husband is an assistant coach cheating with a student-athlete.

Stephen F. Austin athletic director Ryan Ivey has nothing to say on this topic except Lemke is no longer part of the program.

“He’s not working here anymore,” Ivey said. “From a departmental standpoint, he had a choice and he chose to resign.”

The couple Steve and Amber reportedly filed for divorce. The student-athlete is also no longer part of the university.
