Austin Reaves, an American Basketball player agreed to a new contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. He will be paid $56 million over four years. Before this offseason, many people found the 25-year-old player very interesting. However, because he was a “restricted” free agent, he couldn’t fully explore other teams.

The San Antonio Spurs were the only team with enough money to offer him a $100 million deal, but they were focused on building around Victor Wembanyama and couldn’t make that commitment.

So, the Lakers took the opportunity to sign Reaves for a reasonable price.

Recently, Reaves’ girlfriend, Jenna Barber, shared some personal photos of them on social media. This isn’t the first time their photos have caused a buzz, as some wild pictures of them went viral last month.

In the previous season, Reaves performed well, averaging 13 points per game. He had impressive shooting percentages of 52.9 percent from the field, 39.8 percent from three-point range, and 86.9 percent from the free-throw line. He continued to excel in the playoffs and was often one of the team’s top players.

The Lakers had a successful run in the playoffs, thanks in part to favorable matchups. However, they were also one of the top teams during the regular season after the NBA Trade Deadline.
