1. Lungi Ngidi (12.6)

Lungi Ngidi is the most promising bowler in South africa. He is good at bowling fast bowlers.  Lungi has not had much of a stint with the IPL. Lungi Ngidi only played for a year when he was roped in by the Chennai Super Kings. 

He justified his inclusion by taking the 11 wickets in 7 matches. It was the edition of IPL where he made an impact which led the CSK to win that edition.

2. Kagiso Rabada (13.1)

Kagiso Rabada makes headlines for his fiery speed and intimidating bounce. He has outstanding bowling skills. Due to his skills, he was picked up by the Delhi Daredevils in 2017 for 5 crores. 

But he did not exhibit much, still Delhi capitals put faith in him and retained him in 2019, he justified his retention by taking 25 wickets.  

He continued his performance in the 2020 by taking 30 wickets. 

Rabada holds the record of being the bowler with the second best strike rate of 13.1 in the IPL.

3. Adam zampa (13.6)

Adam made his IPL debut in 2016 when he was bought by the rising Pune supergiants. This was the season where he got the fame for his wicket-taking skills. 

He played a match against the Sunrisers Hyderabad where he took 6 wickets at the economy rate of 4.75. He later became part of Royal challengers Bangalore.

He also holds the record of being the bowler with third best strike rate of 13.6 in the IPL. 

4. Khaleel ahmed (14.1)

Khaleel Ahmad is a fast bowler currently providing his services to the Sun risers Hyderabad. Khaleel Ahmed made his IPL debut for the Delhi Daredevils in 2016. 

He did not get many chances to show his skills. It was when he was hired by the SunRisers Hyderabad, his fame rose to some extent. He has been part of sunrisers hyderabad since. 

He was noticed the maximum when he took 19 wickets in 2019 edition of IPL. 

Despite that, he is regarded as the bowler with the best strike rates in the IPL. 

5. Ashish Reddy (14.5)

Ashish reddy is a medium pace bowling all rounder. He made his list-A debut in 2009. He came to limelight when he took a total of 29 wickets. Following his performance, he was hired by the Deccan charges in 2012 IPL edition. He had an impressive performance with bowling when he took 10 wickets. 

He was roped in by the Sun risers Hyderabad in 2013. Since then. Ashish Reddy has been part of Sun risers Hyderabad. He did not get much of an opportunity to prove his mettle. 

Still, Ashish Reddy is regarded as a bowler with the best strike rate of 14.5.
