Anmolpreet Singh comes from a family of sportsmen. Anmol’s father, Satvinderpal Singh, is a Handball coach and former captain of the Indian cricket Handball team. Currently, Anmol’s father is a Police Inspector with Punjab Police. Anmol was fond of cricket since childhood. At the age of 5, He was enrolled in a cricket club in Patiala and learned the basics of cricket there. Anmol got his training at Dhruve Pandove Stadium, Patiala, Punjab. He still practices cricket at the same place whenever he was in his hometown.

Talking about Anmol’s education, He has done his graduation from Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala. He got his first call for a big tournament of cricket in 2015. He played for Punjab in Twenty-20 format against Odisha at Cuttack, Odisha.

Anmolpreet Singh’s career records

Anmolpreet Singh made his debut in first-class cricket in the 2017-18 Ranji Trophy. In November 2017, He scored 267 runs in his third first-class match against Chattishgarh which was the highest score in his first-class career. In that particular season, He was the leading run-scorer for Punjab with 753 runs in five matches. Apart from that, Anmol hasn’t made any national or world record yet as he is still to make his debut for India at the International level. Anmolpreet Singh’s Personal and Private life

Anmolpreet Singh comes from a Sikh family. Apart from his parents, Anmolpreet has a younger brother, Tejpreet Singh, who is also a cricketer. His cousin, Prabhsimran Singh, was selected for Kings XI Punjab in IPL 2019 and still plays for Punjab Kings, as he was again bought by Punjab Kings ahead of IPL 2022. 

Apart from that, Anmol is Unmarried and living a single life according to his social media status. 

Anmolpreet Singh’s Awards and Achievements

Anmol was awarded for his excellent performance with M.A. Chidambaram Trophy for best Under-19 cricketer in 2014-15 by BCCI. In October 2018, Anmol was named in the India-A squad for the 2018-19 Deodhar Trophy. Moreover, considering his top-notch performance in the Deodhar Trophy he was called up for India A limited-overs squad for the tour of New Zealand. Also, 

In February 2022, Anmol again with his top-level performances achieved the trust of the most-successful IPL Franchise, Mumbai Indians, and will play for the same in the forthcoming IPL 2022 season.
