Subhodh Bhati from Delhi becomes first Indian to hit a double century in T20

Subhod bhati has created a new record of smashing the double ton in a T20 match, becoming the first Indian to have made the unimaginable record. It was the T20 match between the Delhi XI and Simba with Subodh Bhati opening for Delhi and scoring 205 runs off the 79 balls, beating the bowlers like never before. 

Subhod bhati who is the first-class cricketer, along with other batsmen posted the mammoth total of 259 runs, maintaining a strike rate of over 250. Such was his form that he managed to score 102 runs only in the first 17 balls. His batting was awe-inspiring for the audience as he put up the show. 

IPL is the league where the likes of Chris Gayle, Andre Russell, and AB de Villiers have made the mockery of the strike rates and did unimaginable feats. Chris gale has smashed 6 centuries whereas Virat Kohli has managed to garner 5 centuries. 

When it comes to International T20, Australian captain Aaron finch holds the record of the highest individual scorer by a batter. He attained this feat against Zimbabwe during the 2018 tri-series that involved the Pakistan team as a third team.  Aron Finch struck 172 runs off the 76 balls collecting 16 fours and 10 sixes. 

Subodh Bhati played for Delhi in 8 First-Class matches, 24 List-A games as well as 39 T20 matches in which he has scored 147, 132, and 120 runs respectively. Also, he has claimed 19, 37, and 47 wickets in FC, List A, and T20 cricket respectively.
