The Indian premier league is not fully immune to the attacks of the coronavirus. Still, players have not been able to protect themselves from the huntdown of the coronavirus.

The memories of the beginning of the year have come back to haunt as IPL was postponed indefinitely due to many players being found to be covid-positive. 

Recently Sunrisers Hyderabad T Nataraj was found to be covid positive in the RT-PCR test. Owing to the coronavirus, he will not be able to play for the period he recovers from it. He will only be able to make a comeback once he completes all the mandatory conditions. 

All those who were in close contact with him will also be isolated. Those who will be isolated will include  Vijay Shankar, Vijay Kumar (Team Manager), Shyam Sundar J (Physiotherapist), Anjana Vannan (Doctor), Tushar Khedkar (Logistics Manager), and Periyasamy Ganesan (Net Bowler). 

The rest of the staff of Sunrisers Hyderabad has also been tested and their report came out in the morning at 5 am. All of them returned negative. They will be able to participate in the upcoming matches. 

During the first phase of the IPL, BCCI suspended the IPL due to many players getting affected with Covid. The BCCI wanted to ensure the safety of the players, Hence, It postponed the IPL. 

Now things have come back to normal and they have resumed the second leg of the IPL. Everyone is hoping that things will not turn out as they did before.
