4. Upon entering Foothill Falls, you’ll spot Skoova Stev, the mysterious fisherman, and a small boat on your left.
5. Interact with Skoova Stev to initiate a dialogue and recruit him for your task.
6. While interacting with Skoova, you’ll also receive the “See Fish” – the first fish to be added to your fish tank for cleaning.
