BGMI Winter Masters, organized by Villager Esports, witnessed its conclusion yesterday. Orangutan Esports came out as a table topper out of 24 participating teams (10 qualified and 14 invited teams). The 24 teams were divided into three groups with 8 teams in each group. Each team battled in 24 matches while 16 teams moved to the Grand Finals of the tournament while the remaining 8 teams didn’t make it into the Finals of the Villager Esports BGMI Winter Masters.

The Six-day semifinals featured exceptional battles and gunfights between popular Esports teams from every corner of India. Meanwhile, Orangutan Esports showed outstanding gameplay and topped the overall standings with 121 finishes and 264 points. Team Insane Esports was quite impressive on day five but fall to the second position from first with 251 points in the sack. They were followed by the Global Esport’s new roster in third place with a total of 235 points. 

The Champion of BGIS 2021, Skylightz Gaming, was consistent with their performance and finished in the fourth position with 226 points while the winner of Skyesports BGMI Grandslam Team XO acquired the sixth spot on the standings.

Godlike started with aggressive gameplay in the tournament but failed to make it into the top 5 and finished in 10th position. Another famous team, Chemin Esports, was on the top of the table for three days but slipped onto the seventh position. The popular and fan-favorite Team Soul has done well to secure the 12th spot, while TSM finished into 14th place. 

Another fan-favorite team, Team Xspark couldn’t qualify for the Finals as they are still in the rebuilding phase. Moreover, teams that were in the race of finals like Celcius Esports, Revenant Esports, and Blind, also failed to qualify in the Finals.

BGMI Winter Masters: Live Streaming and Prize Pool Details

The Grand Finals of BGMI Winter Masters will start from 1 March 2022 and will conclude on 6 March 2022. The Grand Event will be live-streamed on LOCO and the official YouTube Channel of Villager Esports at 1:30 PM IST. The tournament is included a huge prize pool of 15 lakh INR. The winner will be awarded 7 lakh INR while the runner-ups will take home 3.5 lakh and 1.5 lakh INR respectively. 

The Grand Finals will be a treat to the eye as it will feature the top 16 teams with star players like Godlike Jonathan, Soul Akshat, Neyoo, OR Aditya, Soul Mortal, etc. The champion teams will face each other and the headliners of the Grand Finals will be teams like Team Soul, Skylightz Gaming, Team Xo, Godlike Esports, TSM, and more. It is gonna be a chef-d’oeuvre of the BGMI Esports tournaments.
